H2 Green Steel is on a mission to disrupt the global steel industry by producing green steel, with the end goal of bringing down CO₂ emissions to zero. By using green hydrogen and fossil-free electricity instead of coal; water and heat will be our primary emissions. EHS Specialist

We are looking for an experienced EHS Specialist to join our team. The EHSS Specialist is responsible for coordinating and implementing the organizations environmental, health and safety programs. You will be conducting required training for people working on site, and be a key part to our EHSS team on site, making sure one of Europes largest industrial projects are being carried out in a safe mannor.

Responsibilities: 

· You have experience in developing and implementing safety policies and procedures, you will be coordinating EHS related training, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

· You will be in daily contact with our EPCMs, administrating and collecting statistics as well as doing daily site inspections, as part of your daily routine. 

· Document control related to the EHSS area. 

Qualifications: 

• Experience in a similar role 5+ years.
• Excellent structure and administrational skills.
• Experience in Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Experience in high risk activities, such as working at heights, confined spaces, deep excavation and lifting activities.
• Experience in pre-operational verification and comissioning.
