About us:

H2 Green Steel is on a mission to disrupt the global steel industry by producing green steel, with the end goal of bringing down CO₂ emissions to zero. By using green hydrogen and fossil-free electricity instead of coal; water and heat will be our primary emissions. By 2030, our ambition is to produce 5 million tonnes of green steel annually in our fully integrated, digitalized, and sustainable plant in Boden, located in northern Sweden - currently in construction phase. Site supervisor 

As Site Supervisor at H2 Green Steel, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day construction activities at our construction site. You will work closely with the site management team to ensure that construction operations align with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines. We are looking for someone with experience in construction, preferably in big projects and someone who enjoys hands on work. A big part of your work will be conducted out on site, in close cooperation with our Site Superintendent. 

Responsibilities: 

· Supervising different ongoing works on site.

· Coordinating different areas of work together with contractors and our site management team.

Qualifications: 

· Experience from big construction projects, preferably groundworks.

· Swedish driving license (B).

· Fluent Swedish and English, both in written and verbally.
